What do I need for the challenge?

The best thing about the challenge is that it involves as little or as much equipment as you have access to. It caters to people with home gyms, access to commercial gyms, swimmers or those of you who prefer just using your bodies. 


I'm a beginner. Is it suitable for me?

Yes. The challenge caters to all ages and abilities no matter where you are starting from you will find it appropriate.


What is the goal of the challenge?

 The aim of the whole challenge is to empower you to become fitter and healthier than when you started, with all the tools necessary to continue long into the future. We have seen women lose weight, become stronger, and above all more confident in themselves. While this is a weight loss challenge and the success is down to how much you want to achieve (we have seen anything up to 14lbs lost in 30 days) we will also encourage you to set some individual goals with us that we will nurture along the way.


I have special dietary requirements. Will this be a problem?

No. While the Wonder Woman Challenge does have recipe options and ideas they are not mandatory. Any dietary restrictions or preferences will be assimilated into your calorie and protein targets. The aim is to make things work around you.


How do I get the information provided?

You will receive an email every day inviting you to watch the daily video from the portal, you can watch this any time and there is no limit to how many times you can watch it. Any other additional items will be sent via email.


How do I communicate with the coach and the other Women?

All communication is made through the app. This includes daily private messages and a group chat. It is your responsibility to make sure the app notifications are on and you engage with the app to get the most out of the challenge. In the past, the women who put the most effort into communication and the app got the best results.


How do I share my stats for the challenge?

It is required that you weigh in each week on the challenge. The more information you can record the better but the minimum requirement is that your weight is recorded each week and uploaded into the app. This allows the coach to make the necessary adjustments to calories or exercise needed to match the needs of the participant.


What happens at the end of the challenge?

Once you have come to the end of the challenge you are of course free to go forward empowered and ready to take on your solo journey. We also welcome any woman who wishes to continue forward onto other training options that fit and current or new goals.
