The chances are you’re here on this site, reading this page because you are considering/ know you could do with that EXTRA PUSH when it comes to achieving your fitness goal. But, you are probably wondering, is it worth it and ultimately ‘can I afford it?’ - am I right?
To this I say, many of us will spend thousands on getting a car that will only ever cost us more and more over time, getting older, slower and for most - depreciate in value. However, the one and only body you will ever have is overlooked, taken for granted, and in some cases, completely neglected? Surely something as little as £40 to look after and improve the most important tool in your arsenal, is a pretty cheap INVESTMENT right?

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Gym wise, I base myself at either Dream Fitness Bognor Regis or Dream Fitness Selsey.
Don't worry though you dont need a membership! I cover the cost of usage so you dont have to and there is everything from top of the range equipment to private studios that we can go an utilise.

CAN YOU COME TO ME/ WORK PRIVATELY?
Absolutely! I can make most space work and happy to travel locally. Understandably though, exercises and workouts will need to be adapted to the space and equipment available so for best workout, i recommend the gym if possible.
CAN YOU HELP ME LOSE MY BELLY FAT?
Short answer - YES! Whilst no-one can target a certain area of fat, i will create a bespoke fat loss plan that with time and consistency, will shed the excess fat around your body and ultimately rid that specific area.
SO…HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
This does depend. Starting at £40 per hour session, the more you book the more you save.
For example, 2x sessions a week work out at £35 a session, 3x sessions a week £30 a session, 4x sessions a week £27.50 a session.
To help hold you accountable and make that commitment, I ask that 1 month is paid in advance and not on a session-by-session basis.
WHAT IF I CANCEL?
I ask that at least 48hrs notice is given should you wish to cancel a session.
I do however understand that unforeseen things can happen/ get in the way, therefore should an emergency arise, call me immediately and we can look to rearrange and put the session on credit.
IS THERE ANY REFERRAL OFFER?
You bet there is! For every referal that signs on, you will get 1 entirely FREE session!
